You maybe struggling since you probably made an important decision out of JESUS' will for your life. So you'll just have to see it through, don't worry, ask for strength and courage. However,Marriage is the first taste of heaven, it is a gift given to man. There are many revelations on marriage yet to come.On more than one occasion Christ spoke of parables concerning marriage. He refers to himself as the bridegroom. Also consider this exerpt.
Luke 20: 34-36
34And Jesus said to them, The people of this world and present age marry and are given in marriage;
35But those who are considered worthy to gain that other world and that future age and to attain to the resurrection from the dead neither marry nor are given in marriage;
36For they cannot die again, but they are [n]angel-like and [o]equal to angels. And being sons of and [p]sharers in the resurrection, they are sons of God.
So, JESUS is not a God of divorce. Does that mean that someone must stay in a bad situation, which was a result of a wrong situation? No, I throw not, but the truth is your marriage was not divinely sanctioned, that was not GOD's life partner for you. One has to be married to God first (seeking first His kingdom righteousness) then shall your life partner be revealed to you.
Divorce is a man-made entity in legal terms. In spiritual terms it is total and complete separation from God. We were all divorced when adam fell from Grace, JESUS is the re-marriage or marriage of mankind back to The Father, through The Blood of salvation.
